How do you create a plan with Cameron Manors?

It's easy!

If you already have your plans ready or want to choose a stock plan or want something from scratch:

Either have your plans you have already drawn up with an architect sent to us via PDF or send us your
plans. We will then send them to estimating for you to have a price, all we need to know is your
basement type, floor joist type and the exterior siding /roofing choice you want.

If you only have a dream and don't know where to start:

If you have an idea of what you want but have nothing on paper yet just call us for a consultation. For $1 a
square foot deposit (or $1,000 minimum) our designers will work with you to get your home or cottage
plan the way you want it. Best of all if it is not a design that requires an engineer our designers can
create blueprints for your home free of charge, we only require the deposit to ensure that our designers
time is being used for our customers.

Don't know where to start?

We usually recommend looking through a plan website such as our manufacturers affiliated site
www.westhomeplanners.com. Any of these plans can be modified, but we will have to purchase the
rights to the designs. This will not only give you ideas, but to help get a starting point. If you decide not
to continue with our products at this time the plans are still yours to keep and get all your development
permits in place. If you still don't find what you are looking for freehand draw your design and details
you want in your home and we will do the rest.

Is there anything you cannot build?

We can usually build anything out of wood. We are able to build any size building package. Please call
us if you are still unsure.
